How does the service work?
We will contact you via email, phone, or text within 24 hours after the delivery date is posted to confirm the service date. After final confirmation, you can sit back and wait for our team to arrive for the installation. You may receive a courtesy on-the-way call before arrival.
How do I prepare for the assembly service?
Please have all boxes/parts in the designated installation room and ensure ample space for the team to work.
What are the assembly terms?
All sales are final.
All parts (boxes) being assembled must be in the designated room unless the room of choice charge is paid.
Clean-up and trash brought to the trash area are included. Trash removal/haul away of unwanted items is not included.
Do you service my area?
Installation services are subject to service area availability. We cover most major cities, and sorounding areas. In an event we are unable to service your area, we will refund the assembly charge to the original payment method.
